CREATOR SUPER FEST COSPLAY COMPETITION

It doesn’t matter if you have just started cosplaying, or have been at it for a while, here is your chance to walk away with not only prizes, but precious experiences, memories and loads of fun!

The cosplay competition takes place on April 30th 2017 at the Pullman Jakarta Central Park Grand Ballroom. Interested contestants are to fill in the form to audition for the competition, please note that only shortlisted entries will be contacted to participate in the cosplay competition during Creator Super Fest.


GENERAL RULES

  1. Background music/ audio will be provided by the organizer.
  2. Evaluation Criteria : Quality and resemblance of the costume with said characters and in-character performance when posing.
  3. All costumes and props should not contain any SARA or other infringe any ethical violations. Propos should not be items deemed as dangerous by the law or contain any dangerous materials such as, but not limited to: flammable liquids, alcohol, sharp metals etc.
  4. Organizer reserves all rights to check all contestant’s property and costumes and reserves all rights to disqualify any contestant.
  5. All decisions from the judges and organizers are final. Results are to the judges and organizer’s discretion.
  6. Maximum Time on stage –  30 secs
  7. Genre – Anime, Manga, Games, Western animation or cartoons, Movies, Comics

Juara 1 IDR 2.000.000

Juara 2 IDR 1.500.000

Juara 3 IDR 1.000.000

Kostum Terbaik IDR 500.000

Favorit Juri @ IDR 350.000

Creator Super Fest Cosplay Competition akan diadakan pada 30 April, 2017 di Pullman Jakarta Central Park Grand Ballroom. Bagi kalian yang berminat untuk ikut audisi kompetisi ini, dapat mengisi form yang tersedia. Mohon diperhatikan bahwa hanya kontestan terpilih yang akan dihubungi untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam lomba Creator Super Fest Cosplay Competition.

 

Peraturan Umum :

    1. BGM Audio disediakan oleh Panitia
    2. Kriteria Penilaian : Kualitas dan kemiripan kostum dengan desain karakter, performance, dan pemahaman karakter yang dicosplaykan
    3. Seluruh kostum dan property tidak boleh mengandung unsur SARA atau pelanggaran kode etik lainnya, juga tidak boleh mengandung bahan atau materi berbahaya, termasuk didalamnya cairan yang mudah terbakar, alkohol, metal tajam, dsb.
    4. Panitia memiliki hak untuk mengecek property dan kostum seluruh peserta dan berhak seutuhnya untuk mendiskualifikasi peserta yang tidak memenuhi peraturan.
    5. Seluruh keputusan juri dan panitia adalah final
